Latvian youth athletes will be represent by Kendija Aparjode, Anda Upīte, Kate Keita Fārenhorste, Zelma Bite, Kristers Aparjods, Gunārs Bergs, Ralfs Bērziņš, Edgars Karnītis, Kristers Krauze / Valters Knets, Ričards Sakovičs / Ralfs Vanzovičs, Aksels Tupe / Kaspars Šļahota.
